4g92 SOHC idling too high

Hi guys , i need some help.

 

My car when it's really cold , like the first start of the day , soon as i start it he goes to 2.8krpm  :wacko:  almost 3k rpm then after 2 minutes goes to 2k rpm and then 5minutes or more it stays on 900rpm or 1krpm. The normal idling speed.

 

What should i do , to lower this high cold idling?

 

I already tightened the screw on the intake manifold ( described as red circle)

and already recede the sensor ( i don't know the name of it , described as a blue circle)
