Still bombing around in the ute. Haven't done much to it and it gets out about once a week.
Getting sick of kicking engines around the shed. Must get onto one of them soon

Also check the wire between alternator and battery is good and clean connections.
Is there a fuse on that main charge wire?

Sounds like brushes are worn in alternator. Or maybe blown rectifier.
What is battery voltage when idling?
What is battery voltage when at say 2000rpm?
Turn all the electric things on- fans, lights, demister, wipers, and what is voltage at 2000rpm?

Running a 506 maf now from a fairly late lancer. 3g style with the smaller plug. Also changed from the 510cc injectors to evo7 560cc injectors. Fairly easy to adjust tune to suit as I have ecmlink still.
The outboard pressure sensor is not suitable. Reads pretty different to the pressure sensor inside the afm

The vr4 gearbox is not going to do you any good. It has no roll stop mounts on it. But I see you have your GSR gearbox.

Maybe a halfcut from NZ?

I would hate to be doing this now. So many less parts about, and not much forum support.

You can custom the top mount. Bolt the other 3 mounts in, jack the motor till it's level, then fab your top mount. Mine is a GSR rubber part welded to a vr4 mount. I think pics are in my members ride.
