The belt is removable. Extend it completely, there is a clip or a groove and a retainer.
So a left side belt will fit, or a similar from another car.

Dunno Benny, but will be sad when this huge repository of info goes. It's certainly not as organised and helpful on FB groups as so much info is not correct and most info is the usual crap about changing headlight bulbs...

I would think that a nimbus might fit. But these parts are getting more difficult to find. If it's only the plastic pulley, I'm sure one could be sourced from pretty much any vehicle, and the pulley rivet replaced with a bolt.
Or 3d print something.

Also check the wire between alternator and battery is good and clean connections.
Is there a fuse on that main charge wire?

Sounds like brushes are worn in alternator. Or maybe blown rectifier.
What is battery voltage when idling?
What is battery voltage when at say 2000rpm?
Turn all the electric things on- fans, lights, demister, wipers, and what is voltage at 2000rpm?
