I warm mine up for about 5 mins but dont hit boost until i see the oil has warmed up. 40+k on acl race bearing , eagle rods and wiseco pistons. Who says you cant daily a forged engine.... Ive never had any oil in my catch can and fuel smell in oil after 5000 kms is minimal
I just drive my forged stroker gently until the temp gauge is over 1/2 way to normal operating temps. I have the same internals as Croket and 387 HP ATW

Didn't get as cold as predicted as it got down to a mild 4.8 below zero
The car is faster than the driver now that Rob Chapman has given me 387.8 HP ATW to play with so it was wheel spin everywhere on a cold track and tyres due to my # 18 starting position but would need to suck on a lemon to wipe the off my face.
Was a number of Evos entered as well as an old RWD Lancer hatch with a 4G54 power and a black WWD Lancer.
Was a good event with some serious machinery entered including a Radical,Porsche GT3 RSR. 3/4 older bodied Aussie cars,Skelta, and a couple of very fast Commodores as well as a RB30T powered 129Y and don't laugh as this is one very fast Datto with a Watts link rear end with rose joints and huge flaired guards over some serious rubber and it goes like stink.

Mt Nebo Hill Billy Get your facts right !! Permanent Race tracks ,not street circuits ARE NOT built close to houses they were built out in the sticks and then houses were built around them and then the people started bitching about noise.
Lakeside and Echo Valley spring to mind.

Jack I know you love your dogbut some time soon you will have to make a hard decision on what is best for your 4 legged mate.
A few years ago I had to have my Jess who went to work everyday from 6 mths to almost 15 years and guarded my tools in the truck and knew what smoko, lunch and knock off meant The boys would give her treats but if she was in the truck they could not go and get anything off it .I used to do a 6,12 &20 k run after work and she would be so excited when she saw me putting on my runners and stretching. I held her as she was given the sleepy needle till she stopped breathing then went outside and bawled my eyes out.She was my mate and she is missed.

The 86 was the first year of the widebody, the 89 was last year of production, only 1960 made , few in the blue paint and very few imported with an automatic trans. 86 has factory wheels and 89 has rondel aftermkt.I bagan interior transplant to 89, both bodies are in great shape and niether has had any mods. The 86 ran 5yrs ago but smoked alot and has a fuel issue. I will take any resonable offers for both.
