i was racing up Mt Stuart and noticed my oil over flow catch tin was full, i emptied it and after the next run it was full again. be for everyone tells me my motor is shagged and it need to be rebuilt, i just want to know if there is any thing in the rocker cover that could fail (like a one way valve) allowing oil to come out into the catch tin. i am talking about 1/2 lt of oil !!!!!!.
the oil was comming out of the rocker cover breather
i havent lost any power, but the motor was getting hard to start (like a flat battery. but the battery was fine the next morning) probably 2 different problems.
any ideas b 4 i pull the motor out and rebuild it ???????
