I didn't bother changing to 8's until I has boost in the mid 30's on E85.
7's are all that are needed for most people on here.

I'm on b9es plugs with a .6mm gap.
That's with e85 and cdi.
25psi only.

High comp + 20psi, running Autolite XP63 (standard evo 4-8 iridium plugs), .7mm gap, stock evo4-9 coils, no issues.

Std boost .8 above 15psi .6

There nothing syopping you from gapping them down to .6 if you want on std boost either

Just installed my custom made cop kit
Running 8's with .75 gap now on 28psi of boost
Beautiful idle as well on 1150cc on 98ron. Next week going back to E85.

. 6 gap to . 5 gap from my experience... Anything greater has always broken down with me in the higher boost levels (22psi plus)
