Perusing online ive discovered there are a few different variants to the box that came with many different seal kits.

I would like to confirm what i need for mine before i go ahead and potentially order a kit from america and pull a box apart to find out its wrong etc.

Im looking at cobra in the states.

https://cobratransmi...ex&cPath=2_1875

(unless there is something better/cheaper local im unaware of)

There isnt anything stating lancer/rvr etc just simply suits mitsubishi on some. There seems to be 2 major differences in the set, being syncro teeth count and pieces.

There seems to be 2 different sets with me thinking the 1st link here is the right one, being stamped 332. But then it says 2.4L whether or not that matters im thinking not but if someone who knows who could chime in thatd be great.

If it helps/matters, my full gearbox code is W5M332WMXL  SM292

Im looking at around 487 for the first kit landed, 550 for the second.

Any input would be appreciated

Cheers

Problem is time to have it off the road while I wait for a set from the states instead of having it ready to go. Not ideal but if I have to I have to.

How much time do you spend in a parking lot with your performance car? If you do a lot of parking lot driving, and hang out in parking lots, chances are you are a ricer, go home and read import tuner. If you’re complaining about noise you should not be modifying your car. You should also consider no longer being a man, please hand in your genitals at the door.

The Rvr wasn't in the states, so they will have no idea what is inside that gearcase.

I emailed tmz and wasn't impressed tbh. Got a rushed email saying cobra is shit, I only use oem and I will be darer. Was the way he came across seemed like a rude prick tbh. Gonna go with cobra.

Try getting hold of evo-oox. They will have a good idea what is inside. If not maybe get a couple of dual synchro rings spare, or some singles. They are only few $ and worth not having to reorder or wait for them

If you can’t get rob (evo-oox) on here, he’s on most of the mitsu Facebook pages so you can try get him there. Rob stanko I think it is.

He gets literally 100's of emails a day so no wonder it's short and sweet.
Good luck with Cobra though.

Cobra don't have the car listed or know what would fit. Back to square one. No guarantee I pull line apart and order correctly it'd be the same either. Fark.

You will have to pull it and look. I got away with input and inter bearings, seals, and synchro rings on 1-2.
You may get away with the same.

But, guess what...you have to pull it and look.
You will pay that price for bearings alone, anywhere local
