Is this the type people are using to tune in early Evo/gsr setups?

I can't be certain of what guys are doing with them these days Ian. Sorry, happy for other members to pipe in with their opinions.
Does have dual map availability however.
Pop over whenever you want mate, no probs. Might have a couple other things hanging around you night need.

5/6 Ecu is easier for Early Evo /GSR.

5/6 Ecu can also be dual mapped...

However...if you intend using a flex fuel sensor setup this is the ecu you will want/need.

Flex fuel would be handy as I wouldn't mind e85, I'll do some research and let you know if I wanna come grab it!

Good to know jack, I have a spare gsr ecu so could remove the female plugs from it and source the e9 male plugs and make a patch loom. I have a jap spec gsr dash loom to go in for climate control so I could do it all at the same time while the dash is out.

Thanks jamo, didn't realise about the flex sensor. Cheers Jack.
I have the plugs and what you could use for a patch loom here you can take with you anyway Ian. I won't need them...

also I can run a speed density setup with this and remove the AFM?

I did a bit of googling, doesn't seem too hard, I'll come grab it and see how I go.

Pm me your address I can come get it tomorrow if that suits?
