after having seen Aldo's RVR in person while purchasing a gearbox for the jumbuck from him, i fell in love with the RVR...so when this thing came up, i had to have it.. is stock as, but low KM's - needs a couple of things if any of you guys can help out - rear door handle (mine's broken) & a driver's side headlight - any other parts that'd help pimp this thing would be sweet too... cheers

bit of an update... got little shit sorted out - replaced broken sliding door handle, replaced leaky cam cover gasket & degreased engine bay, tidied up taillight wiring..
passed blue slip inspection and now is registered  while the cam cover was off replacing the gasket, installed some bc272 cams and fidanza cam gears - but with no tune as of yet, i'm having to deal with some stalling issues every now and then which is a bit of a pain in the arse..anyways, this is what the RVR looks like @ the moment..

cheers mate...i think so too...looked like shit when i got them - busted-arse paint job, chips and chunks missing...but blasting, primer+fill & powdercoating has made a huge difference

thanks for the tip White Knight..
so i have a 2.1 short block from built4g that i was going to put in the jumbuck, but am thinking it would have a better home in the RVR.. my question for those in the know is will i have any issues using a 6bolt engine?

What crank and cam sensor do you run in your rvr now? If you have the head mounted one, then 6bolt is ok.

If you have a crank sensor down on the crank, then you are going to have problems as there is no provisions for a crank sensor on the 6 bolt.
you may be able to convert, but I dont know much about that

Sick wheels, i just bought a black HSG also. lots of cleaning to come and i had probably better start a new thread for my rides.

Yours looks awsome! Auto or Manual?
