My Walbro GSS342 is on its way!!!!

So quick list of mods that will be happening over the next few days!!

 

560cc Injectors

Walbro GSS342

T-Back 3" Exhaust

MBC set to 16psi

Aluminium Intake pipe

K&N Panel filter

 

THEN i finally get to logg the car and have VR401 make me up a custom chip

 

Considering I have a freshly rebuilt head and healthy overall engine (14100kms) how much power approx should I see with these mods?

Well it seems we will have to line up at willowbank.... Lol. I'm not certain about standard output of auto HSGR but would have to be around the 200kw at the crank with a good tune after your mods Mike. Hmm maybe I need to do some work before July cones hey.

That would be a very nice result, althoigh for me its all about torque really. All Sao and done though, you should notice a big difference. Well dine buddy.

When the evo9 was released MOTOR magazine dynoed it at 159 kw...... So anything near or even over is awesome!

Damn these ecu baffle me. What is that board out of?
I can see it is bayed already, so evoscan will log from it but ecuflash wont reflash it?

The board is out of HSG RVR manual that i kept as a spare board or for temporarily board for someone until i do their stock board.
I use tunerpro to modify bin and moats eprom writer to write on it. When i had my rvr i used ostrich 2 to live tune. I use stock bin modified to suit the car with inclusion of disabled boost cut, no speed cut limit, stuterbox set at desired revs as well as to run different injectors etc.

And Jack, if you use evo3 bin on this board it will run good but evoscan will not log it.

No you don't.
Do a search which one is the main ( on what side it is). The other one is just to pump the fuel from one side of the tank to another.

Out with the old in the with...well almost new Evo 8MR 560cc injectors

These and the test ECU from Mio were installed today and the car is running beautifully.

Now to get the exhaust, walbro and manual boost controller in and lets tune this bad boy!!!
