Yes, my night didnt go to plan. My 1 and only pass had a few dramas.

The hatch opened because my dad forgot to close it, and second, forgot to take the string out of the parachute, as a consequence, failed to deploy the chute.

On launch, the car just revved and went no where, so I backed off the accelarator, and put the foot in again, and the car took off slowly but surely, and managed a 10.7@147mph, which was my highest mph to date. Cos of the stuff up at the start I managed a crazy 2.3 sixty footer, which was real bad.

I reckon something let go in the box, nothing major, but thats drag racing.

I was told by koval I managed the fastest time compared to the other mitsus/subarus there, even thou my box did not want to cooperate at the beginning.

The car will now sleep in the garage, adjust the box, and put the new upgrades on :twisted:

Great turn out car wise too good night

will be doing another one of those nights again soon.... and as soon as my new walbro goes in then I'll be out racing finally I hope!!

So joey, did you beat all the big name tuners? Evo oz didn't mention anything about your car... Something about pulse evo winning with a slower time than yours

Yeah I did time wise, but not round after round because of the box. Koval hasnt mentioned anything to me. You have to understand thou, my car is not an evo. So evo vs wrx was the event.

In the evo scene, not many ppl notice my car. Like stupid evolution oz. they delete my posts lol.

If Joey puts his setup in an EVO I-III shell then it'll be recognised no doubt. At the end of the day, who cares what particular groups feel about his car... its his own privately built one-off car and he runs it for fun

I don't think its jealously, its just they are fixed on the fact it has to be evo. Need to broaden there minds.

To me the flyer says "battle of the tuners of Street EVOs & WRXs"
To me that means the tuner of the fastest street rego'd model wins, not the owner of the car.
Race cars were allowed to run just for fun & the tuners of the race cars can't win a prize when it says street cars.
