This should help a bit Jamie.

1. Unused nearly max pressure, unfiltered oil port, second port from oil pump. 3/8 BSPT
2. Tapped port for stock oil pressure dummy sensor, thread is 1/8 BSPT
3. Filtered port, 3/8" BSPT , **I'm not sure if this is open to only bypassed oil or oil that is post oil cooler?
4. Oil cooler bypass Valve.
5. Oil pressure relief valve, has engine side port that needs egging out, not shown.
6. Return Oil Cooler port, M16X1.5
7. Threads for lower timing belt cover bolt, thread M6
8. Inlet Oil Cooler port, M16X1.5, first port from oil filter
9. Max pressure port, first port from the oil pump, 1/8 BSPT. Stock DSM oil pressure gauge port

How much time do you spend in a parking lot with your performance car? If you do a lot of parking lot driving, and hang out in parking lots, chances are you are a ricer, go home and read import tuner. If you’re complaining about noise you should not be modifying your car. You should also consider no longer being a man, please hand in your genitals at the door.

I have my oil pressure gauge tapped into #9
Not too sure on the oil temp though. I believe that Rob323 has his tapped into the head near where the turbo oil feed is.

I'd go #1 for the oil pressure sender, given the 'dummy light' goes in #2. Oil temp - I'd drill and tap a sump bolt with the sender.

I haven't tried it yet. I need to unscrew the temp sender and pick out the teflon tape the guy who did it for me put in the threads. I've got the Loctite thread sealer paste which I like to use instead.

this is how "I've" mounted my oil temp sender in the sump plug:

Maybe it should of read "they" instead of "I've" and it would have been done right :P

just wondering guys, this bypass labelled 4 on the first page. i have an engine at work that has had the factory bypass removed, and just an alloy plug fitted. doesnt have any typ eof spring or anything behind it, just leaves the ports open to each other all the time? what would this prove?

i would put it on the head, its the first place you will notice oil pressure loss.. but in saying that you will get a higher reading of pressure in the head... so im told.
