Does anyone know if the tow bar for a rvr is cross compatible with other makes, ei. Nimbus or lancer? Much appreciate any certain advice.

No it's the evaporator that is up behind the dash.

Does anyone know if the rvr shares the same air conditioning evaporator as any other platforms such as a lancer. Make and year would be great.
