#272383 Amayama. The Greatest Parts Site You Will Ever Find.

Posted by vonapets on 03 March 2013 - 06:25 AM

Hey Guys,

Here is a great website for ordering parts directly from Japan. They are all genuine and rather quite cheap especially for bushes and gaskets.

The website is http://www.amayama.com it allows you to put in any Mitsubishi number that you know of and it will give you prices in different currencies and the different countries that have stock. Australia sometimes has stock for items which break often like gaskets, bushes and bearings. The postage time from Japan always takes less than 10 days often around 8-9. The packages are sent from Peakhurst, NSW in an express post envelope to wherever you are.
I got front and rear brake rebuild kits for $16 each... That's less than half of the price Mitsubishi Australia wants.
Here is an example of one order that i have recently received, these are the rear upper diff bushings.

"SILENTBLOCK Mitsubishi MB844818 2 items 19.26 AUD Total: 38.52 AUD Delivery: 27.17 AUD"
This should give you an idea of how much postage is roughly. The most I have ever been charged for smaller things is ~$25. A mate wanted an air locker for his hilux which weighs approx 4kgs and the postage was a total of $57 which is reasonable.

Also for people that don't have CAPS or ASA, i have found a good website that is albeit in Russian but shows great exploded diagrams.
http://www.megazip.r...ubishi/tech/278 That link is for all (or at least most) Evo and other lancer models. You select the one that you like and it will show you all the parts that are related to the thing such as engine or fuel systems.
You then read off the number that is on the picture and match it to the list on the right hand side and wah lah you get the Mitsubishi part number.
Another website that Amayama owns that gives you the part numbers too but doesn't show you pictures is:
http://mitsubishi.epc-data.com and for the purposes of my demonstration http://mitsubishi.ep...l-brake/199524/ is the link to the brake rebuild kit.

I have never tried ordering from UAE and it says there is a possible delay of 35% whereas Japan only has a possible delay of 5%.

Cheers,
Dimitry

(16) These also came with the front end. Haven't used them but the look to be in good condition
(22) I also have some stock GSR front fog lights that fit in the corners of the stock front bar. They come with the covers, globes mounting brackets etc.
(24) VR4 rear seat free to good home. Great condition and very comfy. Prefer not to post.
(29) Standard GSR power mirrors. Mechanically sound, the housings they are in are a little worn, just replace the housings and its all good.
(30) Bought this ages ago with the intention for use however never got around to it. The front left corner of the boot is slightly bent and is white.
(31) Had these laying around for far too long. It doesn't seem that I will need to use them any time soon.
(33) Came with the car when i bought it. Moved onto teins and don't require.
(34) Came from a front end which I bought. Was keeping it for a rainy day. Suit rebuild, one of the boots are severed
(35) I bought these quite a while ago and apart from cleaning them I have not needed to use them. I bought an ECMLink and quad squirts so these are surplus to requirements. All seals are perfect.
(36) There are two sets of GSR injectors, selling for the same reason. One set has an injector with a slight crack in the bottom section which does not effect the injector at all. The injectors can be rebuilt. Come with random seals in various conditions
