Do build specs meet HP goal?

So I've had my build specs figured out for a while, and I'd like to hit 450hp at the wheels. If it turns out to be more so much the better, but I've never really asked those that have done it already if I am on the right track to make that power. So...

 

94mm stroker

CNC ported evo head with +1 valves

GSC S1 cams (want to retain some street manners)

8.5:1 comp

evo 3 intake, 'power ported' for even flow

1250cc injectors

ported evo 3 exhaust manifold

ported 9 blade turbine td05-20g @30 psi on E85, and however much I can run without ping on 98.

3" dump/o2 off turbo

Ralliart copy 3" mandrel exhaust

ECU: ecmlink running speed density and flex fuel sensor

 

I've kept specs list short. You can assume I have other engine specs and supporting mods sorted.

 

 

 

 

 


ECM Link, 399 MAF, 560cc injectors, 270 cams, TD05-20G @22psi, 3" dump, full 3" mandrel exhaust, intercooler, Fidanza alloy flywheel, 4 bolt LSD, EVO IV brakes, Strut braces, coil overs and sway bars.

have a look at the 20g compressor map.
looks like your 30psi at 450hp is outside it's operating range.
4G93T FWD 11.78@115 MT slicks
12.00@130 + one irritating gearbox issue

That had crossed my mind. Seeing as I have the 20g already, I am planning on seeing how far I can get with it and if necessary swap to a FP green.

1250cc injectors may not be enough or they'll run at their max duty cycles depending on your base fuel pressure.

FP green with S2 cams,1500cc injectors and hard wire 460 pump should get you that 450hp easy
GO THE EVO POWER.!!!

I would stay 2.0L and put the stroker money into a twin scroll setup, or with a single-scroll EFR. As mentioned, that turbo won't take you there.
