Difference between td04l/hl/h turbos

Can anyone tell me the difference between these 3 turbos?

I'm looking at options for my GSR, and want to stick with the td04. I know the td04l is the factory 4g93t turbo, what makes it different from the hl and h turbos?

I believe it's the td04l 19t you're after. Pretty sure the hl & h are Subaru flanged turbos.

 

I could be wrong though...

Did you ever confirm the h and hl were flange difference only?

 

Also did you stick with the td04 and go the 19?
