Ok so I have got:

Evo 5 ecu
Gt3076 with new gaskets
Denso 800cc injectors with plugs
340lph fuel pump
Will be relocating the battery to the boot and getting some sheet metal to make up a heat shield around the pod (i bought it with an open pod)
I'll also need an oil feed line for the turbo made up.

An thinking about getting a 3" evo 3 intake pipe off ebay.

Will get a 3inch mandrel bend exhaust fabricated

One question, the turbo I have has a 90degree elbow in the compressor housing outlet. Can this be cut and a lip welded?

The way the elbow goes now will cause the intercooler piping to basically do a whole loop around the turbo and exhaust manifold where as if the elbow can be cut, the compressor housing outlet will point downwards like my td05 does now and will use alot less intercooler piping.

If this can be done where would I take the turbo to get it done?

You should be able to remove the compressor housing yourself (probably a circlip, if not a few bolts) and then cut it down with a grinder or hacksaw worst case.

Once it's the length you need it, just take it somewhere that does aluminium welding and have a few beads welded around the outlet to hold the silicone joiner on.

Awesome! I just wasn't sure of the best way to do this. I've got a grinder so that's not an issue I just didn't want to do any damage before asking.

And what about oil lines? Anywhere around South side of Brisbane or north Gold coast?

Kinugawa make turbo install kits for about 130 bucks, comes with both braided oil and water lines, probably the cheapest option if you can wait. As said just cut the elbow off and get something welded on so the clamp doesnt blow off and youll be fine. Or buy another cover and fit it, easy job you can do yourself and possibly cheaper pending what youd pay to get something welded on

Alright sounds like a plan. I'll look into the turbo install kit. And go from there cheers for the replies
