6g75 out of the pajero? I belive they are used as stroker cranks for the 6g72s or possibly the entire bottom end is compatible with the 6g72 TT heads...

So a 3.5l and higher (pending bore size) TT gto could be built. I know of one in Melbourne with this spec.

The old fellas I talked to at the pub were talking about magnas, I dunno much about the 6g75 but I think they were talking about a 3.8L and wanting to bore it out to get close to 4L, one had a turbo 6g of some sort that warped the crank but tbh, my memorys pretty poor so details are long forgotten

I think the thought was replace the 72 block with a 74 and fit the 75 crank into the 74.
The suggestion was the 75 didn't go in as its missing mounting points that the 72 and 74 share. That's only from my own googling though

The stock injectors cleaned and flowed. All within 1.5 percent now. Previously almost 6 percent!

Will get some good progress this morning before the kids get up! 61ca8e10ba3bf196dd8690fd36578094.jpg6bc5ec4bf00fa18a5ecff726da8e6f09.jpg8981c903cd4d22e92d4107469c60a46c.jpg

It is about 40 dollars each injector. Flow before and after with all new seals and filters.

Yeah. I know. Check out the transmission that was on it . Water marks everywhere.

Looks like the water pump seals were shot so it is designed to leak pass down the timing cover (third photo, bottom left corner of the gasket).

Also possible a leak at the O ring around the water pipe. Now replaced. (4th and 5th photo) f241dbb0ccd608397f3e11c2824811d8.jpg7d76617fcc95c08f62b8ac3a310b1403.jpg3d27592c883f692833049b0e8003aa29.jpg2609d7ef24a918dfaf3bb93e291c0e8e.jpg

Yep...shes been pissing out for a while...probably explains why it only had water in it...previous owner worked out water was cheaper than coolant!

Water pump gasket made.

Just need to wire brush, clean up, seal with some goop and reassemble the water pump housing to the water pump.

Then that's almost everything ready to reassemble under the tbelt.

Ill have to do it all before I forget how I pulled it off! dfe3226182104629cd3257259ac5e6e8.jpg8753c8b6b454f0bf4ad822dc300c8fed.jpg1598a78144529abd4b37f1a4d52b8560.jpgda8c2ba294f5d30a913eecab73761265.jpg

Cool thread, although this is putting me off any late night thoughts I'd had about how it would be great to build a East/west V6 turbo car.

I think they can make awesome power, but it is limited due to the lack of polarity so quantity of parts in the market is unlike the 4g.
