Got a runner, would need at least rings. No3 was way down on compression. Complete with manifolds. $100 dropped to ego depot.
4g93t jumbuck conversion. PRANGED 18/3/12, CHECK MY MEMBER RIDES Page 11. no serious human injuries.
ON THE ENGINE STAND. g4cs 2.4l + Gt35r. PLUS: auto conversion + Awd coming.
thanks for parts and help: BMGTZ, EVOCPE, cwolf, Benozi, Jamo-GSR, 1JUM2NV, RXVII..much appreciated, cheers guys.

Mine has newish timing belt, and a proton spark cover! I did have the valves resealed (lapped in) and new stem seals. It had a full seal kit and didn't leak oil, except for the turbo drain.
Compression was at 150psi on cylinder 1,2 and 4. No3 was about 50, and its pumping it into the sump. I borescoped it, and the bore looks OK, as does the piston, so not sure what the story is till the head comes off.

100 is basically just to cover me wrappin g and packing it and getting it to ego.
Probably easier to sell the timing cover to Jamo and put the rest in the metal bin. But I'd like to see it used again. It is std bore

I have OZ rims for sale, not Evo2-3 but CJ Lancer Velocity edition. Same stud pattern and spec. Lightweight too and in VGC.
