HAHAHAHA oh shit,  i wrote this out before i re-read the manual,  i've obviously hit post accidently.  my bad boys.

The problem was trying to find the numbers on conrod bearings and crankshaft main bearings...  found the colours on the main bearings and the rods i just smacked in.

Engine turns over well and at the moment,  there's no problems...  but hey,   might aswell leave it open, its a 93, there will probably be some...

Sorry for the fuck up.

Well,,,  i have another drama.
This one has stumped a few mechanics at my workplace now.  (possibly because im not relaying the right information)

Basically, i had it running on 3 cylinders...

Has fuel to the rail and spark at each plug.
Checked compression- #4 and #3 had 180psi,  #2 had 175psi and #1 had ZERO
Checked again and same results, so i checked again.... same same.
Valve must be stuck open or i blew a hole in a piston somehow when i screwed the timing...
So i pulled the head off again,  checked for holes in pistons or valves,  nothing... all as good as the day it was made.
Pulled the valve springs out, thought maybe a spring had broken (long shot but im out of ideas) and nothing wrong with them either.
Checked the piston was still connected to the conrod,  and its all good, all 4 still pumping like a 14 year old looking at his first porn mag.

aside from the head or block being warped, which i checked with a straight edge and seems fine to my untrained eye...  i have no fucking idea what has caused a total loss of pressure in one pot...

Any ideas lads???

To have flat zero would make ya think big problem, are ya sure all the valves are seating back in properly?
Could fill #1 cylinder with kero will drop fairly quickly if the rings are the culprit

Also check the threads in the head are good for the spark plug. And while the head is off pour kero into the intake and exhaust ports if a valve ia leaking itll run out there real quick. Check the head gasket for obvious signs of a leakthrough or break between a water or oil gallery. (Wont be between 2 cylinders or 2 would have been reading low/zero

Bent intake valves. Must have hit the piston... oh well, better scavenge some out of the other head. Lol

Thanks for the help aswell boys, wouldnt have found it without the kero test. I now know for next time. Cheers.
