Tell him to write the customs declaration in English... He wrote mine in his native language, and customs held up the parcel until I could contact them to tell them what they were...

Yeah, not sure why, but Guage was clearly visible, but before that was some other mumbo jumbo .. So customs put it on hold and sent me a letter and email... So had to reply with what the item was... Not too much of a drama, but delayed the arrival by a few days...

We see lots of hold ups like this with stuff we import for work too ... Sometimes no drama, others, you get stopped or AQIS want to inspect the goods (in the container) on premises, and before you even open it... They put a seal on it, and you have to pay for 2 officials to come out, check paperwork, check goods etc...

Money making scam! ^

Pretty much .. They send out 1 worker, and 1 supervisor.

Not to mention the loss of time we have, because our warehouse guys can't unload or break the seal on the container. So they have to sit around and wait for AQIS to turn up.

But could be worse.. The auditors that come out to audit us, have requirements of:

Business Class travel

Accomodation (and has to be a certian chain, or above 4 star accomodation)

Meal allowance (a US daily figure)

Just to name a few... lolz...

How much time do you spend in a parking lot with your performance car? If you do a lot of parking lot driving, and hang out in parking lots, chances are you are a ricer, go home and read import tuner. If you’re complaining about noise you should not be modifying your car. You should also consider no longer being a man, please hand in your genitals at the door.

Usually when you buy the guages the inverter comes with them...should be the same in this instance.
If not, they are available to purchase seperately. I just bought a replacement for mine and he sent me 2 (ordered 1) for $70 inc shipping from Poland.

Mine stopped working.. :(

One of them.. So had to replace..

They think I tightned the screws too much to hold down.. So be careful with yours..
