Hi guys, I mentioned this in the head swap options post but a fresh thread would be more appropriate, an hopefully get me some answers! :P so I have a 4g15 carbureted single cam 12 valve, (CB2A chassis) Iv FINNALY got a head for the wee beast (another 4g15 from the wreckers, it stung me $300 :o) Iv found a manual online (http://www.mitsubish...wee9520/11A.pdf) an they're saying to tighten to 49 nm then loosen then tightened to 20 nm. Then a further 90 degrees an another 90 degrees again. Can anyone confirm this? I'm only unsure as in the manual they are doing this on a twin cam and as stated above mine is only single. Does it make a difference? Getting head skimmed now as I'm typing this an will be putting in car tomorrow so any help would be much appreciated :)
