I am on a fact finding mission to determine if HotBits Sports Suspensions already lists the C50A or C60A FWD chassis' or not.

They give the following information on their site:

Colt 1.5 4DR

Colt 1.3/1.5/1.6 2DR

Lancer CB/CC 1.3/1.5/1.6/1.8

A car in the Malaysian market will be very similiar to what domestic region?  JDM or is it Gen Export?  I suspect Gen Export but they could very well be listing cars that are in different regions and are somewhat as delivered (minus mods for road coarse or rally), in their respective markets.

Just need to know what chassis they refer to.

I am running the EDM/JDM/USDM and Gen Export versions of ASA.

ASA catalogues are also available for quick reference at "www.partsbase.org".

If they do not have a shock body and side fluid cartridge listing currently input, then it will have to be custom designed.  Not a problem except ....

I will be travelling down past their Canadian contact point, here in the greater Toronto Area of the province of Ontario.

Suspension pieces can be brought in for testing, but it's hard to simulate clearances, and such without a frame and suspension bolted together and moving in operating ranges.

HotBits contact has requested the following to move forward: (see attachment)

The contact didn't see the chassis listed, but it would be hard to know what we already know, when you build the suspensions based upon what is brought in, versus obscure cars requesting pasrt to be built for a car that no one really drives anymore.  Yes, they are all but extinct in my home market, trust me.  Salt. 25+ years old. 'Nuf said.

I am going to request help from any members in the GTA (Greater Toronto Area) who are able to take in a car for a one hour testing session.  Just needs to be able to roll in and take the wheels off, move steering around, etc.

Worst case I walk in with my suspension, as carried down the road in our motorhome (caravan to you lot? haha), as we drive down to Niagara Falls at the end of August.

Any and all help appreciated.

Cheers,
