They be m12. Measure hole depth and add the hanger.
Dry run them without hanger and make sure they dont bottom out

From memory I think one is slightly longer than the other? I may be mistaken but...

When I did mine I took pics and measured them as per the attached collage.

Mine were 46mm with a pilot point on them for the GVR4 block and passenger side jackshaft.

One of the pics in this collage shows the bolt inside a digital vernier caliper as testament.

I believe yes they were a M12 x 1.25mm.

HOWEVER,

When I look in Mitsu ASA there is a part number listed for them for both EVO and GVR4 as MB297860 and it comes up as measurement M10 x 41.5mm.

So I'm buggered if I know why ASA shows something different to what  blackvr and I have experienced.

UNLESS.... the measurement doesnt go by the M12 bolt head size, but the actual thread diameter being M10, and it doesnt include the blank part of the pilot point which will reduce the thread length to around 41.5mm.

So if you were to walk into a shop and ask for a M12 x 1.25mm x 46mm length it would be a M12 bolt size right through and too thick to fit through the hole and too long to thread in.

But because it starts off as an M12 bolt but reduces to a M10 thickness and probably has the 41.5mm thread length, there's probably the answer right there on why ASA provide those specs.

They're bitch-bolts. If you lose them, good luck finding ones exactly the same!! So you might have to use that part number and get them from Mitsubishi direct.

I UPDATED THE PIC TO REFLECT THE MITSU PART NUMBER AND EXPLANATION WHY THEY CAN BE CONFUSING.

Correction... I actually meant 10 x 1.25mm, and not 12 x 1.25. suffering a bit fom the flu, and cant think straight ! I use the genuine Mitsi bolt, as it is a very special stepped bolt. Everytime I see a broken bolt flush with the block, it is invariably a non OEM bolt !
