Hey guys, got a problem on my daily CH with a 4g69 in it.
It makes this noise;

Only started after the top tank of the radiator cracked and lost all its fluid and got a bit hot.
Only does it while the engine is cold at first start.
This video is with the accessory belt off so its not alternator, Powersteering or A/C.
Got me stumped now...

After talks with Mikey we are thinking it might be the starter on the way out? not disengaging quick enough.

manual, pretty sure its starter, if you tap the starter while running it makes the same noise. New one has been ordered
