Hey all, I'm just about to upgrade my brakes to EVO 4 spec, aka the Outlander upgrade. I've actually bought late model Lancer rotors as they are even closer is spec to a stock VR4 rotor than the Outlander, with the larger diameter of course. I don't have a drill press so was wondering if anyone can point me in the direction of somewhere that could drill the rotors for the 4 bolt pattern?

Just drill them. Get a spare hub (I have a fubar one here you can have for post) put one bolt in to line it up and drill the others. They are pretty soft.
Ust a big drill to mark the centres and then pilot hole and then open them up.
You need slow and plenty of weight for the big drills.
If you have a hub its a piece of piss.

Jack, how about using the old rotor as a template and bolting them together through the one hole I can use to start?

That will do too.
I cant remember the hole size, but you may need to buy a drill the right size.
Be sure the centre register is lined up real good. That is the important part and why I suggested using the hub.
The holes arent that important, as the register is the locator and the squeezing of the bolts and friction between hub and wheel stops the disc spinning.
