Meek Automotive Grand Opening BBQ @ 6 Anvil Rd Seven Hills NSW

All forum members are invited. Interstate members are also welcome!!

For those of you in NSW that have been to meek for parts or service Chris and the crew have moved relocated back to Seven hill's actually across trhe road from their original workshop to a much bigger premises, as they have out grown the Girraween address.

So the food and drinks are on Meek Automotive, so a good time to catch up and feed your face and a drink.

Its good news to see Meek expanding and doing well as a business, rather than seeing the loss of a Mitsu specialist closing up shop.

Cheers Rob, well the move was due to a couple of things
1. owner wanted to raise rent and wasn't an acceptable increase
2. that workshop had its limitations due to the layout with 3 hoist's in place
3. office space was to small (out grown it)

So after they looked around they found a great location opisite there first workshop space which is on its own site not in a block of industrial units
so with security car park to fit 9 cars, the workshop is long with 3 roller doors with a separate office's on the second level which could be sub letted out and around 5-6 offices down stairs at a fraction of the price increase of the old place it seemed a no brainer.

The new workshop layout is awesome and tonnes of room and allot more accessible getting cars in and out on and off the hoist's.

I didnt get out there until way late when it was all over basically at 6pm lol then we got to work one one of the lathe's and started machining a drive shaft cup for a abs ring, and got that done I left 11pm.
there's was around 50 evo's packed into the carpark and on the street, so someone might have taken pic's

The new lathe and milling machine I love them lol

Yeah was good, i also didnt turn up till late, bout 3ish but i had to bring the brat with me as well.
