Having problems signing onto ip board. Get this error

Thanks for letting me know. I tested the login on my iPod and PC and was not able to reproduce it. Do you still have this problem? If yes, are you on Android phone?

Yeah still having it. It goes to the screen with loading bar up the top, then to the error message.
I've tried putting the wring password to test and it just says details are wrong. So drtails are correct it just won't get past that message

Got it. I couldn't reproduced it because I was just using Safari with the mobile screen to access the forum.
When I use the IPB app like you do, I am getting the same error, however after clicking OK, I can continue by clicking on the menu button (top-right corner button with a small arrow) and choose login. It works OK from that point.
Not ideal, but there is a workaround. I will contact ipBoard over the weekend and try to troubleshoot the issue.

Oh I'm not even getting to the menu. Just goes straight to home screen above.

I would actually recommend no longer using the iPhone App... it's been completely pulled from the iOS App Store, and will be replaced with a new and improved version soon (I have no exact date yet, though).
